I had an interesting problem this week with my HVAC venting. Issue found by my home inspector. I originally called one of Atlantic's competitors. They came out and said there were more issues and that the only solution was a new furnace. Gave me a hard sell and they said volumes. So, I called Atlantic (I should have called them first, because they did great work for me before). They came out and had no problem fixing the original problem as well as the issue identified by there competitor - which was merely a maintenance issue. They were in and out in about an hour and charged me less than what their competitor charged me for just coming out to visit..
Want to give a huge shout out to Nick, our tech with Atlantic Refrigeration today. When power was restored last night around midnight, our furnace thermostat malfunctioned, and although having the electricity back up was a cause for celebration, that was tempered by the lack of heat we hoped to have.
From the night on-call young lady at Atlantic, to Royal, the tech who returned my call and trouble-shooted (is that a word??) the problem, to Maggie in the office and, of course, to Nick who showed up asap this morning to fix the problem...(whew!) we could not be happier with the friendly, professional service rendered. Nick literally went the extra mile to determine if the thermostat was under warranty...it was!! What an amazing team! So grateful for them all. No surprise we have been their customers for nearly 16 years!!
More than HIGHLY recommended!!

Energy review
Had a leak problem in the laundry room. Rep. was very thorough with checking the heater, but could not find a problem. Cleaned filter and explained everything. I have absolutely no complaints.
The service tech and receptionist were very professional and they were very prompt in getting my problem taken care of. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again for any heating and air conditioning needs.
We had problems with an electric water heater that we had installed about 5 years ago with another company. This happened during the really cold weather and barely warm showers were no fun. Cody came out to the house. He was very knowledgeable and kind and helped us figure out how to get a new lowboy water heater in a tight space. He did an amazing job for us. We highly recommend Cody and Clendaniels Plumbing.
On time arrival, clear explanation of problem, effective fix, and preventive action taken for future scenarios.
