We have a twice per year inspection contract with Atlantic Refrigeration. The plumber discovered 2 issues, one of them urgent. He repaired them immediately and the cost was reasonable.

New customer with aging air conditioner and leaking furnace unit in newly purchased home. I chose a heat pump HVAC system with Trane unit. After a day's work by staff and adjustment of system limits and thermostat, the unit works well as we approach summertime weather. On a cost/longevity basis we've obtained an affordable, efficient system. I appreciate the services provided by every member of the team, from planning/purchase through long-term follow-up maintenance.
