We had a water softener installed in our home. The gentleman doing the work was courteous, patiently answered all our questions, and very professional. We would not hesitate to utilize Atlantic Refrigeration again for plumbing or HVAC needs. In fact, we have a maintenance contract in place with them because we know they will do whatever we need as a customer.
Justin was prompt, professional and friendly. I had a strange problem but he figured it out quickly and problem fixed!!
Amazing and prompt HVAC service in Lewes. At 4PM Saturday before the next day snowstorm, I noticed that our furnace was not working and the outside temperature was 21 degrees. By 9PM the furnace was fixed and the inside temperature had increased from 53 degrees to 69 degrees. Thank you Atlantic Refrigeration! Jim R
Fixed a complicated repair
The service technician was professional and efficient. He called and arrived on time and competed the plumbing issue and showed me 2 more leaks which he fixed. He gave me a possible cost, but my bill was almost half what he quoted. I am so pleased with this company. I highly recommend them.
Aiden is a great service technician.. efficient, neat and concerned. We know our heat and AC systems are in good shape.
Installation of heat pump/AC system. All aspects of the job were great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns, checked back to see that things were going as he explained and asked if we had questions or concerns. The installation went well the guys were friendly and explained when we had questions. They worked all day to complete the job. Cleaned up after themselves, The office personal answered all questions and called back as promised.
