Atlantic Refrigeration was recommended by our neighbor. The office personnel were polite and professional. The tech was smart and precise. Her knowledge was impressive. Answered all our questions. We were very pleased and look forward to working with them in the future.
Had HVAC system check up. All went well. They replaced our filter. Respected our home etc.
The entire process went smoothly from scheduling my appointment to speedy replacement of my old toilet with the new one. Bob explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and asked if I had any questions. A very efficient and professional transaction. Definitely 5 ?? workmanship and customer service!

Can't say enough good about Atlantic Refrigeration. Our geothermal HVAC stopped working and it was hot! They found a way to fit me in at the end of the day with a tech who lives near my home. The tech was professional and couldn't have been nicer. He diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to make the repairs on the spot. (It was some weird valve that I wouldn't have never guess he would have).
There were parts that were glued and needed to dry, so he showed me how to reenergize and adjust the system in a couple hours once the glue dried.
Then he gave me his cell number and told me to call or text him at home if there were any issues! There were no issues and I let him know and he thanked me for keeping him from worrying about it.
You don't get service like that anywhere else.
