Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The initial consultation. Went smoothly . We were presented with the correct unit for our upstairs room. Their front office team was very helpful in assisting us with multiple HOA documents that were required before the job could begin. Installation was completed in a day. The following day they completed a quality control check on the entire unit. Being new to the southern Delaware / Sussex County area, it's nice to know there is an experienced and professional HVAC/plumbing company to call on when needed.
My plumber, Justin, was experienced and efficient. Arrived early, ok with me since he called me to let me know. Would use Justin again and again!

Atlantic Refrigeration did a great job replacing my HVAC system. Sean, the salesman did a great job of presenting my options without pressure . He allowed me to make an informed decision. He coordinated a rapid replacement for my broken HVAC finding rebates that lowered the cost. The installation team, led by Hunter, was great. The system is working smoothly.
