We lost heat during the recent storm which caused our house temperature to fall to 66 degrees. The staff starting from customer service to the service provider was excellent. At each step the level of concern was clearly evident. Ultimately the technician was knowledgeable and was able to repair our heating system. Thank you

I have a service contract with AR&AC for twice-yearly preventative maintenance on my HVAC system. This past week, during unusually cold weather (lows in the single digits), my heat pump wasn't able to get the house warmer than 68°. I called AR&AC, and they sent out a technician the same day to diagnose the issue.

The technician, Mike, was fantastic. He thoroughly troubleshot the unit, identified the issue, and implemented a solution. Thankfully, it turned out to be a manual system override setting adjustment rather than a component failure. Mike explained everything clearly, and the unit was quickly back to performing well in the extreme cold.

I really appreciate the quality of work, clear communication, excellent customer service, and the value provided. Highly recommend AR&AC!

Technician showed up on time and assessed the situation to find the fault that was showing up. After correcting the situation, called back several days later when the fault appeared again. He found a loose connection in the electrical wiring and corrected that and everything has been OK since. Great job.

Atlantic is locally owned and Bob, our service technician, was knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Our previous company went national and their service technicians were more salesman than technicians and the charge for service was astronomically high . We will be calling Atlantic in the future.
