Atlantic has always been great to us whenever we have needed them. This time our tankless water heated failed and was leaking, I called them at 10pm and they walked me through how to turn the water off to the tank. They came out first thing the next morning, evaluated the tank and recommended a new one and installed it the next morning. Our plumber Justin was outstanding and finished the job in just a couple of hours. Top notch company!
The serviceman was extremely helpful.
Really appreciate the quick response and thorough work that Atlantic performed on our remodel! We have been customers for many years and have always enjoyed the quality of workmanship.
Justin was extremely helpful! He was informative, knowledgeable, and explained things as to what he needed to do for our system!!! He was so friendly and kind!! We will definitely recommend him, but he also recommended his coworkers as well. He said that all the technicians are all good and knowledgeable!! Rare find anymore!!! Thank you soo much Justin!!!
Conner and his team are great, easy to work with and excellent with the work they do!!!
My faith in HVAC vendors has been restored! More than 20 years in real estate and property management in a large Metro market, I'm fairly new to Southern Delaware as a homeowner and had my first experience with HVAC repair and installation for my own home. Atlantic Refrigeration exceeded my expectations in every way. Their pricing is fair and their technicians are top notch, honest, and respectful. Tim and Scott were assigned to my job, and I could not ask for better service. The people working in the front office are also very friendly and responsive. I will never use another HVAC vendor for any work in my own home or recommend anyone but Atlantic to neighbors and clients. They have a loyal customer for life, and I highly recommend them.
In less then an hour, the service man determined the problem with the AC, was that it was over charged by 2 pounds of freon.
