We had an ERV installed yesterday, and it was our first time dealing with Atlantic Refrigeration & Air conditioning. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Josh and Juan arrived on time, explained the install process, patiently answered all of my questions and set about doing the job. They could not have been more professional, courteous, friendly or thorough. They were consistent in their Covid precautions throughout their time here. Based on our experience yesterday, we won't hesitate to call on Atlantic again.
Just had my semiannual service today. Brian, the tech, has been here before and knows our system. There is a comfort in having that consistency. He always gives a full verbal report before leaving, and warns us of possible issues with the system in advance. We like that he is proactive. He is respectful, neat and courteous from the time he rings the door until he leaves. We are very happy with the company.

Tim was very professional. Found the problem quickly. Replaced the part and checked everything else.
Tim did an excellent job of analyzing my A/C unit, repairing it, and a needed seasonal maintenance checkup. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the faulty parts. Very respectful of wearing booties when entering my home. I was actually surprised that he came out today in the midst of a rain storm! I would definitely use the business again and give Tim very high marks for a job well done.
