Michael John conducted our annual inspection on January 10, 2020.
As previously mentioned during our earlier posting, Michael John was
very professional, cordial and completed all the necessary inspections.

should hire more people like Michael John.

Jorge was an outstanding serviceman. He was conscientious and took the time to explain things to me in terms I could understand. Jorge was skilled and did a very thorough and precise job servicing our equipment. He insisted on wearing the booties even when I told him it was unnecessary, he insisted on preventing dirt and debris from getting on our floors. His polite demeanor and mannerisms were a breath of fresh air in this time of everyone being rushed and impolite. He is a serviceman like used to be so common in the past. I will request Jorge for all my future service calls.

Sure was impressed with Mr. Ruiz work. He seemed to check everything. Thanks alot. Best work on our Trane and air/cond.
Our heating unit went out just as winter weather was coming--bad timing! The team at Atlantic was able to get a person out right away to diagnose the issue. Andrew was on-time, super friendly, and made sure to patiently walk me through what he saw and what the servicing options could be. When we decided to just replace the system, Connor put together a few options and we landed amazing package at a price that fit into our budget. These guys have been and will continue to be our first call for HVAC every time.
I get 2 maintenance checkups with my service agreement. They change my air filters and do a thorough inspection and cleaning of my units. I recommend the service agreement
