A fine gentleman named Michael arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection of my air conditioning system and summarized the results of his inspection in terms that I could understand. Great job. Thank you.
MikeE was just here to do our A/C PM. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He checked everything and made sure the units were operational before leaving. Like all the Atlantic Refrigeration techs who has performed our PM over the years, MikeE did an outstanding job of representing the company.

A bit of a miscommunication resulted in confusion. Trane has decided to not transfer any part of the 10 year warranty to new owners of the unit.
