Jorge was Professional, personable and easy to work with; his focus & attention to detail was excellent. His energy and enthusiasm to do the job right was particularly noteworthy given the late hour of the day when he started (I was his last assignment for the day). All matters resolved; all questions answered. I would be very pleased to have him back anytime. He is a high quality representative for Atlantic.
Duane came out to service our geothermal units and as always does an excellent job. He is very professional and made me aware of everything he checked and what needed to be addressed. Thank you for the job well done.
Mr. Lawrence is a long-time customer, and he was thrilled with Jorge. When Jorge was replacing the filter he also cleaned the filter track, took photos of equipment the customer could not see to show him something, and was clear and concise when he explained everything to the customer. He was very appreciative of the fact that Jorge did the job so thoroughly and how he communicated with him. Thanks, Jorge!

I will use Atlantic refrigeration again for my yearly service of my heat pump which is a Trane AC/HEAT pump unit.

Mr. Maynard, called about his service with Jorge yesterday. The Maynard's are new customers and this was their first call with Atlantic. Mr. Maynard said he did not have enough good words to describe how happy he was with Jorge’s service. He was professional, kind and very thorough. He said that Jorge is the kind of person you want doing work in your home, and seldom see any more. He felt that the system was in better condition when Jorge left than when it was new. Mr. Maynard added that he is not tech savvy, so he is unable to do the online survey but wants to make sure Jorge still gets the recognition he deserves.
