Technician was polite, knowledgeable and completed his work efficiently. Very disappointed with punctuality. Booked first appointment for the day. Was told technician would be at house by 8 or 8:30. Did not arrive till 9:30. Tried calling office at 9. No answer had to leave a voice mail message. Turns out technician was held up at office for a meeting. Very unprofessional not to let customer know of late arrival.
